At Bethany Village’s fitness center we cater to the whole person, emphasizing physical, social, mental and spiritual well-being. That’s why our wellness and fitness programs are so popular among our residents. Scheduled aerobics, strength training, boxing, and PACE® (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) classes are offered, along with strength training machines, free weights, treadmills, recumbent steppers and bikes. Staff nurses in our wellness center also offer health education programs and advice. For those who prefer outdoor activities, we have Life Trails located throughout our campus, which are available for walking, exercise stops, biking or jogging.
