1. Personalized Care From the Start
Before care begins, we learn what makes your loved one who they are, including daily routines, preferences, interests, social and spiritual needs, and the things that bring comfort. That information becomes the foundation of their care. Not a chart. A person.
2. Clear Guidance For Families
We use established clinical staging tools to understand changes over time and share that information with families along the way. Our Walk the Path family guide provides practical language and context for each stage, helping families understand what to expect and how they can stay involved.
3. Daily Meaningful Engagement
Connection, purpose, and joy remain important at every stage of dementia. With more than 20 hours of weekly programming, certified music therapy, art expression, movement, and cognitive engagement, our memory care program creates opportunities for meaningful experiences every day.
4. Expert Team Care
Through immersive virtual reality training, our caregivers experience situations from the perspective of someone living with dementia. This helps our team respond with greater empathy, patience, and understanding. Care also includes a registered nurse onsite 24/7 and full-time social worker.
