At Bethany Village we cater to the whole person, emphasizing physical, social, mental, and spiritual well-being. That’s why our wellness and fitness centers are so popular among our residents. Scheduled aerobics, strength training, and PACE® (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) classes are offered, along with free weights, treadmills, recumbent steppers, and bikes. Staff nurses in our wellness center offer health education programs and advice. The Village Fitness Center is also staffed with a full-time, on-site exercise physiologist. For those who prefer outdoor activities, we have Life Trails located throughout our campus, which are available for walking, biking, or jogging.
