The 2015 Family Satisfaction Survey results are in and they are positive. Assisted Living received an overall satisfaction score of 94.5, out of a 100 point scale. Courtyard Park received an overall score of 94. Long Term Care received an overall score of 93.4.
“These high scores, a CMS rating of 5 STARS and a deficiency-free Ohio Department of Health survey for the health care and assisted living areas in our last survey cycle are all the results of your hard work and Faithful Caring,” said John Brinkman, Administrator, Bethany Village.
“From our short experience we are most pleased with Bethany,” begins one family member in the open comments section of the survey. “I can sure see why you have a ‘5’ rating. When I had my knee replaced last year and was in rehab here everyone was so helpful and kind and the atmosphere so pleasant and now my mother [lives at Bethany] and I thank you for your caring, and being so sweet to her. She is so precious to us and a good patient. I would highly recommend Bethany to anyone. It is the best in Dayton, my opinion. God bless you one and all.”
Bethany Village conducts family satisfaction surveys every two years.
