Bethany Village earns 5-star CMS rating – three years in a row
Centerville, Ohio (November 10, 2017) – Bethany Village is proud to have earned a 5-star nursing home rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This marks the third year in a row that Bethany has earned this distinction, which is the highest achievable score. Bethany Village is sponsored by Graceworks Lutheran Services. The campus is situated on 100 acres in Centerville and features a full continuum of care, from independent and assisted living to fully skilled nursing and rehab care.
The CMS rating system is viewed by families, hospitals, insurers and others who interact with long term care facilities.

Bethany Village is currently in the process of building Crescent Crossing to address the growing need for high quality assisted living care in the south Dayton region. Crescent Crossing will feature 74 suites, plus a workout area, snack bar and worship center. Crescent Crossing has a planned opening of December 2018.
