Centerville, Ohio (August 28, 2018) – Bethany Village has earned the distinction of Silver Employer of Choice. LeadingAge Ohio recently selected top employers from the state. LeadingAge is the advocate of non-for-profit services for older Ohioans.
A Centerville fixture for over 70 years, Bethany Village is locally owned and operated. Bethany Village is sponsored by Graceworks Lutheran Services. Graceworks employs over 1,100 individuals. Nearly half work at Bethany Village.
The Silver Employer of Choice designation runs through the end of 2019. This acknowledges a strong commitment to high quality recruiting and retention standards.

Some of the categories the LeadingAge panel reviewed include resident and client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, innovation and culture, and community engagement. Bethany Village holds a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). LeadingAge requires nominees to hold at least a four-star rating for consideration in the Employer of Choice program.

Bethany Chief Nursing Officer Lauren Coyle, along with Budi, accepted the award on behalf of all Bethany employees during a ceremony held Tuesday, August 28 in Columbus during the annual LeadingAge Ohio conference.
