With Graceworks at Home, persons can receive professional nursing care and therapy services from familiar caregivers who have the same commitment to Faithful Caring as the staff at Bethany Village and Graceworks Lutheran Services.
Graceworks at Home provides services in an 11-county area of greater Dayton and southwest Ohio. Skilled care and therapy services include physical, occupational and speech therapy, wound care services, medical and social services.
Personal care services include: Medication reminders, companionship, respite and family support, meal preparation and cleanup, light housekeeping and linen change, laundry, and help with bathing, dressing and other daily tasks.
