On January 29, Bethany Village residents, volunteers and staff members attended a Celebration of Art and Dedication of the Waters of Creation.
During the celebration, Pastor Larry Hoffsis welcomed attendees and provided the opening reflection. Bill Serr, President and CEO, introduced acclaimed artist Stephen Canneto. In his presentation, “In the Shelter of Each Other”, Mr. Canneto provided insight into the creative process and symbolism for the Waters of Creation as well as his personal artist creative evolution leading up to this work. Pastor Larry closed the ceremony with a special dedication of Waters of Creation.
Following the ceremony, Stephen Canneto greeted and discussed his work with attendees during the reception in the Village Center Living Room. Residents and staff expressed gratitude to Stephen Canneto for his artist creations that bring beauty and inspiration to Bethany Village campus.
